Are you passionate about early childhood development and helping families thrive? ECKAN is looking for a dedicated Home Visitor to provide home-based services, support parents as their children’s first teachers, and help families reach their goals.
\n
What You’ll Do:
\n
- \n
- Conduct weekly 90-minute home visits with children and families.
- Support parents in their role as their child’s primary educator.
- Promote children’s health, development, and school readiness.
- Help families establish individualized child and family goals.
- Connect families with community resources and provide support when needed.
- Encourage parent involvement in Head Start activities and program planning.

What We’re Looking For:
\n
- \n
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and Head Start preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet required background and health screening requirements.
