Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical project development and execution, including take-offs, safety, as-builts, coordination layouts, scheduling, documentation, and materials tracking.
- Build strong relationships through effective communication and coordination with general contractors, suppliers, and by attending job meetings.
- Lead and grow talent by interacting with and coaching field staff.
- Own the project budget process from start to finish.
- Hybrid position with On-site reporting once a week.
- Passionate about identifying talent and helping them grow and advance.
Qualifications:
- An Electrical license and prior experience as a field electrician or foreman.
- Proven electrical project management experience in the construction industry with projects $1MM+.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Commercial Project experience is a must
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Demonstrated computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Provide list of completed projects.
