We are seeking an experienced and dependable Restaurant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional food quality and customer service. This leadership role requires strong organization, marketing awareness, and the ability to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
• Open and close the restaurant as required
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
• Monitor inventory, food prep levels, and order supplies
Scheduling & Staff Management
• Create and manage weekly staff schedules
• Ensure proper coverage for peak hours and busy shifts
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance
• Enforce company policies and shift procedures
Payroll & Administrative Duties
• Review and submit payroll accurately and on time
• Track employee hours and manage overtime compliance
• Maintain employee files and required documentation
Financial Responsibilities
• Perform daily cash counts and prepare bank deposits
• Monitor sales, labor costs, and food costs
• Ensure proper cash handling and loss prevention procedures
Hiring & Team Development
• Conduct interviews and hiring decisions
• Train new team members on service standards and procedures
• Provide coaching, discipline, and performance evaluations
Customer Service Excellence
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and professional service
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain a welcoming dining environment
• Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to improve service
Marketing & Community Engagement
• Promote daily specials, promotions, and seasonal items
• Support local marketing efforts and community outreach
• Encourage upselling and suggestive selling to increase sales
• Assist with social media promotions and in-store marketing displays
Product & Food Quality Management
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain recipe standards and preparation procedures
• Monitor product freshness, storage, and waste reduction
• Work with kitchen staff to maintain speed and accuracy during service
