Commercial Sales Specialist Opportunity


We are looking for driven professionals who want to learn to build a successful and rewarding career in commercial real estate sales. You do not need to be licensed yet, but you must be actively pursuing your real estate license or willing to obtain one. As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will learn how to source and qualify investment opportunities, build lasting relationships with investors, and support transactions from initial prospecting through closing. You will receive hands-on coaching from top-producing brokers while developing the skills, confidence, and network needed to succeed in commercial investment sales.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
  • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
  • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
  • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations

Qualifications:

  • Skilled in industry practices and lease language
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
  • Real estate license
