DC Government Agency is seeking a Supply Clerk to join their inventory and supply division to support agency wide operations. This individual would be responsible for supporting the agency's supply requisition process. This is a long-term contract role at least through September and the potential to extend as well! Will interview and hire immediately! REQUIRES Drivers License, US Citizenship, and ability to pass background check.
Duties:
- Lift up to 55 pounds
- Assist in the receipt of supplies.
- Assist in filling customer supply requests.
- Assist in the inventory of supplies in the Supply Store.
- Assist in delivery of supplies and mail.
- Assist in sorting of court mail.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the various supplies available in the Supply Store.
- Knowledge of the Division’s supply receipt, authorization and distribution procedures.
- Knowledge of the Division’s supply inventory system and its procedures and processes.
- Knowledge of the mail delivery and sorting procedures.
