Job Title: Korean- HR Generalist
Location: Plano, TX, 75023
Duration: 12 months Contract
Pay Scale: $38/hr
Work Schedule: M-F 9AM - 6PM (5 DAYS ONSITE)

Job Description:
Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience
Top Must Haves:
- Experience in writing/editing newsletters and other Company communications
- Departmental budgeting experience
- Experience with policy operation under Company sponsored programs
- Must have bilingual in both Korean/ English speaking/writing in professional environment
Overview:
- The General Affairs Manager is a member of the Human Resources Division Leadership Team and is responsible for managing the following Team Member services: domestic and international travel, Expatriate assistance, vending and food services, janitorial services, administrative supplies, and Company sponsored events.
- The incumbent is also responsible for managing the annual departmental budget.
Essential Functions:
- Leads cross-functional coordination across GA Operations, Space Planning, and IT functions; evaluates work coverage gaps and drives resolution.
- Manages corporate lease vehicle program, including renewal scheduling, compliance monitoring, and vendor coordination.
- Evaluates GA-related invoices for accuracy; resolves discrepancies with Finance and vendors to ensure timely and compliant processing.
- Manages space inventory records including floor plans and occupancy data; conducts space utilization analysis and prepares reports to support planning decisions.
- Develops bilingual meeting materials, status reports, and follow-up documentation to support cross-regional collaboration and alignment.
- Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with HQ standards and US operational requirements.
- Develops GA performance reports and dashboards for management and HQ review, covering key metrics, cost trends, and initiative progress.
- Ad Hoc
- Manages Company-sponsored employee engagement events and programs, including VIP visits and other onsite activities.
- Manages day-to-day facility operations including maintenance requests, cleaning services, security access administration, and supply management.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience
