Salary: $52,000 – $85,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Subaru B-Tech Certified Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will perform high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Subaru vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership standards. Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Subaru vehicles, including AWD systems, Boxer engines, and hybrid models.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using Subaru service manuals and OEM tools.
- Complete repairs efficiently while adhering to flat-rate time guidelines.
- Maintain shop safety and cleanliness, following all dealership procedures.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and vehicle condition.
- Mentor junior technicians as needed and share knowledge with the team.
Primary Skills & Qualifications:
- B-Tech Certification in Subaru automotive service (required or in-progress).
- 1 – 10 years of experience working on Subaru vehicles (preferably in a dealership setting).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and hybrid systems.
- Proficiency with Subaru OEM tools and service manuals.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality in all repairs.
