Project Manager – Electrical Engineering – Dallas, Texas (Hybrid)

💰 Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + benefits

📍 Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid working)


An established and rapidly growing electrical manufacturing business in Dallas, Texas is looking to hire a Project Manager – Electrical Engineering to support the delivery of complex electrical power distribution and panel-based projects.

The Role – Project Manager (Electrical Engineering)

As a Project Manager – Electrical Engineering, you will take ownership of projects from concept through to manufacturing, delivery, and customer handover.


You will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required compliance standards.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading full project lifecycles for electrical panel / switchboard / power distribution systems
  • Managing budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67) and safety regulations
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement across project delivery and manufacturing processes
  • Supporting production planning, documentation, and final system acceptance


Requirements – Project Manager (Electrical Engineering)

To be successful in this Project Manager – Electrical Engineering – Dallas, Texas role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical engineering manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, switchboards, or power distribution
  • Experience working with UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67)
  • Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, production-led environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, timelines, and risk
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
