What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive, compassionate, and professional communication throughout the life of the case
• Manage client intake, collect and organize medical records and supporting documentation, and maintain comprehensive case files
• Coordinate closely with attorneys and internal departments to ensure efficient case progression and timely processing of information
• Track case milestones and maintain organized, compliant records in accordance with firm standards
• Prepare client correspondence and assist with case-related documentation as needed

What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience supporting Mass Tort or Personal Injury matters, with strong client management skills
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team

• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with discovery and trial preparation procedures.
