We are seeking a Reading, Science, & Math Tutor to help students with homework and test prep! You will provide non-classroom instruction to students on an individual or small group basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and educate students in a non-classroom setting
- Establish academic goals and milestones with students
- Maintain and communicate student progress
- Provide constructive feedback for students
Qualifications:
- Sufficient knowledge of secondary math levels: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Calculus
- Sufficient knowledge of secondary science levels: Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- Sufficient knowledge of Reading, Writing, and other subject areas
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
