Job Position: Mail Team - Data Entry Clerk
Location: Chicago, IL 60605
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday (40hrs/week)
AltaStaff, a boutique staffing agency is looking for several Mail and Imaging Clerks for one of Government Services partners.
This role is in-office in the Chicago Loop area, and offers a full time, set scheduled M-F 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:

Provides mail, imaging, and data entry support to the Income Withholding, Modification and National Medical Support Notice units and assigned staff.

Indexes documents.
-
Prepares batches for scanning.

Scans all documents as required.
-
Uploads batches to the state imaging system.
-
Performs quality verification on documents imaged to ensure 100% accuracy.

Ensure all Legal Action Referrals are imaged daily.

Additional duties as assigned.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.

Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
