Job Description:
The float pool-nursing assistant performs nursing procedures and patient care tasks. Works under the direction of the unit director, unit coordinator, staff nurse and/or licensed practical nurse.
Minimum Work Experience:

<li>1 year of previous hospital experience&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Minimum Education:
<ul>
<li>High school graduate required.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>BLS certification maintained</li>
<li>CNA Certification preferred</li>
</ul>
Screening Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Drug Screen</li>
<li>Tuberculosis Test</li>
<li>Background Check</li>
<li>Physical Exam</li>
<li>Respirator Fit</li>
