Now Hiring: Assembler
We are seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Hutchinson, KS. In this role, you will assist with the assembly and production while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned assembly operations as part of the bus manufacturing process
- Assemble and install interior and exterior non-electrical components
- Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, screw guns, and caulk guns
- Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work effectively as part of a team and follow work instructions
Qualifications
- Quality-minded with strong attention to detail
- Dependable with good attendance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow directions and work independently
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Preferred Skills
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Experience using common hand and power tools
- Assembly or manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing ladders
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance
