The ideal candidate will be able to provide diagnostic resolution to service issues, communicate warranty and repair policies, and more.

Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic resolution to field service issues
- Capture service call information and perform follow-up tasks
- Respond to inquiries related to service and company website
- Assist customers in locating service agents and distributors online
- Occasionally perform repairs on appliances in various settings
Technical Support Specialist Qualifications:
- To be considered for the Technical Support Specialist position, applicants should:
- Hold a degree in HVAC with an emphasis in Refrigeration (preferred)
- Have experience in field service with appliances
- Be proficient with database management systems and customer service
- Demonstrate strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
