Job Description

Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a manufacturing client in Greenville, MI who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for a Technical Support Specialist career. The ideal candidate will be able to provide diagnostic resolution to service issues, communicate warranty and repair policies, and more.

Technical Support Specialist Benefits:

Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic resolution to field service issues
Capture service call information and perform follow-up tasks
Respond to inquiries related to service and company website
Assist customers in locating service agents and distributors online
Occasionally perform repairs on appliances in various settings

Technical Support Specialist Qualifications:

To be considered for the Technical Support Specialist position, applicants should:
Hold a degree in HVAC with an emphasis in Refrigeration (preferred)
Have experience in field service with appliances
Be proficient with database management systems and customer service
Demonstrate strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
