What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Agent with The Kollective, you will:

  1. Follow up with buyer and seller leads provided by the team
  2. Build and nurture client relationships
  3. Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
  4. Show homes and host open houses
  5. Guide clients through the entire transaction process
  6. Negotiate contracts and deliver exceptional customer service
  7. Build your personal brand while growing your real estate business
  8. Become the local market expert your clients trust

Qualifications

  1. Active Real Estate License in Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, or Pennsylvania
  2. Sales experience is preferred but not required
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  4. Comfortable learning new technology, CRM platforms, and real estate tools
  5. Highly organized with excellent time management
  6. Positive attitude and strong work ethic

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
