<p>Finzer Roller seeks a first shift Machine Operator. $20 - $25 per hour, bonus opportunity, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly.</p>
<p>Specific responsibilities for the Machine Operator will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Setup and run manual engine lathes</li>
<li>Use calipers and micrometers to measure product</li>
<li>Comply with manufacturing and safety practices</li>
<li>Use hoists and cranes for material handling</li>
<li>Maintain communication with production team</li>
<li>Read and understand standard operating procedures and customer requirements</li>
<li>Focus on quality output</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualified candidates will have basic math skills, ability to use measuring tools, and willingness to learn</p>
