About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Community Manager to join our team in Middletown, OH. You’ll help oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent collections for residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing and tenant communications
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
- Handle rent collections and enforce lease terms
- Assist with budgeting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of property management or leasing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, etc.)
- Tax Credit experience is a BIG PLUS!
