Responsibilities:

- Perform grant accounting, including tracking and analyzing grant-related costs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end close activities
- Manage invoicing for cost reimbursement and ensure timely submissions
- Partner with the Finance Director and AP Manager to ensure proper GL coding and accurate expense tracking
- Assist in maintaining and updating an approved vendor list
- Coordinate, monitor, and verify per capita distribution checks

Qualifications:
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Exposure to grant accounting is a plus
