The Landscape Manager oversees commercial properties and leads landscape operations across an in-house crew while coordinating multiple crews. This role ensures high-quality grounds maintenance, seasonal planting and renovation, irrigation optimization, plant care, and responsible tracking of operating expenses.

- Supervise an in-house landscape crew and coordinate multiple crews.
- Oversee routine grounds maintenance for commercial properties.
- Manage plant care, seasonal planting, and landscape renovation projects.
- Optimize irrigation systems and manage ongoing irrigation needs.
- Track operating expenses and monitor landscape-related budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in landscape management.
- Knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
- Experience with irrigation systems and optimization.
- Familiarity with lawn care equipment.
- Demonstrated crew leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
