Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company:
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator Lead for an established 8(a) firm we have currently partnered with. As the Contracts Administrator Lead, you will manage a diverse federal contract portfolio, driving strategic compliance and process optimization. This role serves as a high-impact liaison between executive leadership and government agencies to ensure seamless, audit-ready operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full federal contract lifecycle in strict adherence to FAR/DFARS, including the drafting and negotiation of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and OCI mitigations.
- Maintain impeccable, audit-ready records within SharePoint/Teams to ensure zero findings while overseeing timely contract closeouts and CPARS.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track contract health, funding status, and deliverable schedules, providing regular financial briefings to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Accounting and HR to ensure invoicing accuracy, manage IFF payments, and maintain Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance.
- Proactively identify performance risks and streamline operations by developing SOPs, clause libraries, and automated workflows.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of direct experience in federal contract administration.
- FAC-C III or DAWIA III or NCMA (CPCM/CFCM) certifications
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and SharePoint/Teams.
- Unanet (or a similar DCAA-compliant accounting system) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of government contracting federal regulations, executive orders, and ethical standards
- This position requires U.S. Citizenship
