Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Advocate for students’ communication development and educational access
