Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in commercial and construction litigation matters, ensuring effective legal strategies and advocacy.
• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments and develop sound strategies.
• Manage complex litigation cases, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for challenging legal issues.
• Analyze case law and statutes to identify relevant precedents and strengthen arguments.
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting arguments with professionalism and confidence.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards while representing clients.• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling commercial litigation cases.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation, including case management and trial preparation.
• Preferably experienced in construction-related litigation.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
