Job Description

Our client is a law firm in NJ, and they are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in managing litigation cases
  • Prepare, format, and verify legal documents
  • Handle e-filing in state and federal courts.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
  • Organize and maintain case files, including evidence and discovery materials.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and deposition summaries.


Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a litigation-focused law firm or personal injury firm.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
  • Must be open to working on site in the NJ office 4 days a week.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Management experince is a plus


The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
