The Personal Care Assistant plays a vital role in supporting individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, primarily within assisted living facilities or home care settings. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assisted living, patient care, or a related caregiving role.

- Capability to maintain accurate records and perform basic logging duties.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of vehicle insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Personal Care Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or equivalent is preferred but will provide training to the right individual.
- Experience working in an assisted living facility or home care environment.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service in healthcare settings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, behaviors, and any changes, ensuring accurate logging and timely communication with healthcare staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of individuals under care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment in accordance with assisted living facility standards and protocols.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and coordinating appointments or activities.
