Shift & Schedule: Evening Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 37.5 Guaranteed Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend Required

Pay Rate
Local: $18 – $21/hr
Traveler: $20 – $26/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNA to provide daily care and support to residents in a long-term care setting, assisting with ADLs, mobility, documentation, and resident safety.
Required Qualifications

Active New York CNA license.

Current BLS certification.

Minimum 1 year of LTC experience.

Previous travel experience.

PointClickCare EMR experience.

Updated resume and specialty-matching skills checklist.
Responsibilities
-
Provide daily care and assistance with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.

Care for residents with MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory-care needs.

Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.

Assist with wound-related care and wound vacs as directed.

Document patient care accurately in PointClickCare.

Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.

Collaborate with nurses and the healthcare team.

Float within the same building as required.
