<li><strong>1+ years of experience working in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or related field</strong></li>
<li><strong>Healthcare or Life Sciences project experience is a must</strong></li>
<li>Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline</li>
<li>Organized, with great attention to detail</li>
<li>Well versed in Excel and all MS Office Programs</li>
<li>Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person)</li>
<li>Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community</li>
