 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Deli Clerk to join the team at our successful store. As a Deli Clerk, you will be responsible for operating the deli department to the high standards set forth by the company. You will slice lunch meats and cheeses.as specified in-store guidelines and follow the stores deli merchandising plan. The Deli Clerks goal is to drive sales within the deli department and maximize profitability. Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Slice meats and cheeses using knives and power equipment</li>
<li>Package and display meat in an attractive manner</li>
<li>Order inventory and maintain appropriate levels of stock</li>
<li>Receive and inspect meat and cheese as it arrives to the store</li>
<li>Ensure the cold chain is unbroken and product remains high quality</li>
<li>Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control </li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Must be 18 years of age</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Experience using meat cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs </li>
