The legal assistant position at Warrior Law Group will be expected to perform the following tasks and duties:
1. Request Medical Records
2. Request Medical Bills
3. Request Radiology images
4. Prepare Closing statements
5. Scan and file documents properly
6. Draft brief letters to clients and to medical facilities
7. Schedule Hearings
8. Send and receive physical mail
9. Schedule Depositions
10. Open new claims
This position requires someone that is detail oriented, a team player, has strong Microsoft Word skills, is familiar with the basics of Adobe Acrobat, punctual, meticulous, friendly, patient, and has a willingness to learn.
