Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (hours may vary)
- 8–12 hour shifts
- Overtime and on-call as needed
Job Summary:
Always There Personnel is seeking a skilled and reliable General Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration crews and oversee project operations in the field. This position is responsible for managing daily job site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality restoration work. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong restoration experience and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise restoration crews on job sites
- Manage water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
- Ensure all work meets safety guidelines and company standards
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion
- Train, support, and mentor crew members
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and management
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain a strong, proactive work ethic
Qualifications:
- Prior restoration experience (water, fire, mold, etc.) required
- Supervisory or team lead experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding, fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- IICRC certifications preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying environments
