Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Helpers to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Production Helpers play an important role in supporting packaging and wrap-up operations, keeping products moving efficiently through conveyor systems, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work at a steady pace around automated equipment.
Pay: $20.26 per hour
Schedule
This position follows a swing schedule transitioning from days to nights:
- Sunday: 6:00 AM
- Monday: 6:00 AM
- Tuesday: 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: Off
- 12-hour shifts
- Schedule may vary based on production needs.
- Must be available to work extended shifts as required.
- Must be able to transition from day-shift hours to night-shift hours during the workweek.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor conveyor lines feeding packaging areas to help prevent backups, spills, and product waste.
- Assist with packaging and wrap-up operations to maintain a steady flow of product.
- Monitor automated equipment and report equipment issues, jams, or abnormalities to supervisors or leads.
- Assist with loading, moving, and handling materials as needed.
- Perform general production support duties throughout the manufacturing process.
- Remove waste and maintain clean production areas.
- Maintain an organized and safe workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Work closely with production team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Comfortable working around automated machinery and conveyor systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to identify and report production issues promptly.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all company safety procedures.
- Must be willing and able to work both day and night shifts according to the scheduled rotation.
Physical Requirements

- Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and move around the production area.
- Ability to safely handle light materials and production-related items.
