You will receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced technicians in a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities

<li>Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems </li>
<li>Learn proper use of tools, materials, and equipment </li>
<li>Maintain clean and safe job sites </li>
<li>Follow company procedures and safety guidelines </li>
<li>Support technicians with daily tasks and job preparation </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn </li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team </li>
<li>Reliable transportation and punctuality </li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions </li>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred </li>
</ul>

<li>Mechanical aptitude or hands-on skills </li>
<li>Trade school interest or enrollment </li>
<li>EPA certification or willingness to obtain </li>
