Job Overview
Buyers agent, licensed personal assistant, investor specialist. I’ve got too many listings to effectively work with Buyers and investors. Must have (or be willing to get) a real estate license. Looking for a partner physically located in Portland, Salem, or Mid Valley willing to travel as far South as Eugene. Also I am looking for a partner physically located in on the Oregon Coast willing to travel from Florence to Warrenton. Office work remotely from home. Need help with routine inspections, photography, and field work in return for Buyer leads and writing up 100% of all Buyer offers. Must be comfortable working with software on a desktop computer, able to work with photos, PDF software, and data entry. Must also be able to tolerate vacant, abandoned houses, in bad shape, or potentially occupied homes with hostile occupants. Ability to shoot nice photos with a point and shoot camera with flash and date stamp. This is NOT a usual real estate agent recruitment ad. No desk fees etc. This is an opportunity to service all listings in the mentioned geographic area. Looking for a driven motivated self starter who will produce. Commission based, possibly could be $100k+ per year opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Position #1: (Portland to Eugene) Showings of White Star Realty properties from Portand to Eugene
- Position #2 (Oregon Coast): Showings of White Star Realty properties from Florence to Warrenton
- Actively be looking for properties for investors in MLS & sourcing off market deals
- Transaction coordinator
- Assist in routine, inspections, marketing, sign & lockbox removals, door postings, utility activations
- Door knocking on properties looking for deals
- Broker Price Opinions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Help build out a retail property component and build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, maintaining client records, and coordinating property viewings.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate transactions.
Requirements
- Valid real estate license in the state of Oregon.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
- Sales or real estate experience is a big bonus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in property management is an advantage but not required.
- Comfortable working with software on a desktop computer, able to work with photos, PDF software, and data entry.
