Position: We are hiring an experienced CANVASSING MANAGER to lead, train, and grow a door to door canvassing team. This is a full time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential.
CAREER MANAGEMENT ROLE IN A 60 YEAR OLD COMPANY
Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door to door canvassers
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
• Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
• Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
Qualifications:
• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
