Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Year - Round

Location: Quality Assurance – Old Station Plant

Working Shift: Day Shifts

Hours & Work Days: 5:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

Qualifications:

· Must have knowledge of WA state grade standards.

· Must have basic computer knowledge.

· Must have great verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have good leadership abilities.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to supervise/train employees.

· Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

· Oracle, knowledge is a plus.

· Previous experience preferred.

· Must be flexible with working schedule.

· Bilingual is a plus.

Duties:

· Responsible for learning customer specifications and Washington’s grading standards.

· Monitor, evaluate and report over grade issues on all packing and repacking lines.

· Work with Supervisors and operators on over grade issues.

· Give accurate and timely feedback on grade conditions.

· Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards.

· Additional duties may be assigned based on department needs.
