Express is supporting an industry leader in fire suppression for a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team in Eden Prairie, MN. Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday between 7am to 4pm

• Industrial Electrical Experience
• Field Service Readiness
