Operate a stamping press to manufacture gutter parts in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. The role involves machine operation, assembly of boxes, and quality assurance through visual inspection and measurement. Finished products are moved to the warehouse using a pallet jack.
Responsibilities
- Operate a stamping press to manufacture gutter parts.
- Prioritize safety in all operations.
- Assemble boxes and affix shipping labels.
- Conduct visual inspections and measure parts for quality assurance.
- Close boxes and place them on pallets.
- Use a pallet jack to transfer finished products to the warehouse.
- Understand the operation and pressure mechanics of the RAM.
Essential Skills
- Experience as a machine operator.
- Proficiency in using a tape measure.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with stamping, stamping press, lathe, and mill.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in metal rolling and metal stamping is preferred.
- Basic math skills and the ability to pass a math test.

Work Environment
The work is conducted in a clean, industrial, and large complex that is not climate-controlled. The position requires working the second shift from Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 2:30 AM, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Occasional Friday work is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Forest Park, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
