Job DescriptionReal Estate Broker (Bilingual)My Next Career Path Staffing - With over 20 years’ experience in Technology Staffing, MNCP Staffing matches candidates to the culture of an organization as well as required skill sets.Key ResponsibilitiesAs President & Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s operations while driving growth and profitability. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute the firm’s strategic vision, identifying opportunities for expansion and new revenue streams.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability of the firm.
- Create and implement growth initiatives to expand both residential and wholesale market presence.
- Brokerage Oversight & Operations
- Manage day-to-day brokerage operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal real estate laws.
- Supervise and support agents, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to drive performance and retention.
- Maintain and improve systems for client service, transaction management, and reporting.
- Wholesale Real Estate
- Lead sourcing, acquisition, and disposition of wholesale real estate transactions.
- Build and manage investor relationships to increase wholesale deal flow.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure proper due diligence for wholesale properties.
- Business Development & Client Relations
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners to generate new business.
- Leverage bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills to expand the firm’s client base and improve service delivery.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry associations, and community partnerships.
- Team Development & Culture
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing agents and staff.
- Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns with company values.
- Provide continuous professional development opportunities for team members.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing & Experience
- Active Real Estate Broker license (Nevada or ability to transfer).
- Minimum 5 years of real estate experience with a proven record of successful transactions.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role within a brokerage or real estate firm.
- Hands-on wholesale real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and investor relations.
- Skills & Competencies
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and retain a diverse team of agents and staff.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to drive profitability and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network of investors, buyers, and sellers within Nevada and surrounding markets.
- Experience managing multi-office real estate operations.
- Familiarity with real estate technology platforms (MLS systems, CRM software, digital marketing tools).
- Background in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
