Job DescriptionAbout the Role:i9 Sports in Highland, CA is looking for an energetic and passionate Sports Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee youth sports leagues, programs, and events at local facilities
  • Manage game schedules, field/court reservations, and equipment logistics
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer coaches and referees
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, participants, and facility staff
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all players and families
  • Handle program registration, rosters, and participant communications
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sports administration, recreation coordination, or youth programming preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with families and community members
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as required by league schedules
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Passion for youth sports and community engagement
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Highland, CA
