Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain food safety and QA programs per FDA and ISO standards.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
- Use measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, CMMs) to evaluate product quality.
- Analyze QA data to identify trends and lead HACCP plan execution.
- Train staff and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and HACCP.
- Proficient with micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
- Experienced in QA/QC and conducting quality audits.
- Skilled in analyzing complex data for decision-making.
- Calypso software experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communicator and team collaborator.
Certifications:
- SQF Practitioner (SQFI)
- Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Certification
- HACCP
