Requirements:
- Can function effectively in a high-volume restaurant while multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure.
- Help coordinate and guide the front of house team to ensure smooth service and high standards throughout the shift.
- Model and promote excellent hospitality and efficiency.
- Maintain a mindset focused on continuous learning and personal development.
- Bring positive energy and a collaborative attitude to every shift.
- Work independently when needed and communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper food handling, labeling, storage, and sanitation.
- Set up, organize, replenish, and deep-clean all front of house facilities including service stations, professional work stations, tables & decor, restrooms, etc.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and the ability to remain active throughout the shift.
- Open availability is preferred, including nights and weekends.
- Be able to support closing up, locking up, and arming the building
- Must be able to lift over 20 lbs multiple times per shift.
