What You'll Do
As our Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing events to life at Saratoga Hot Springs Resort. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to private celebrations.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is brought to life.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics to deliver exceptional results.
- Providing on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who can hit the ground running and bring their expertise to our team. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple events and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
