We are seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by deadline
- Close and follow up on sales transactions
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
- Assist clients at the dealership in finding the best vehicle to match their needs
- Establish positive and lasting relationships with customers
- Develop leads through the phone, emails, and online platforms to find potential customers
- Showcase our entire line of vehicles and current sales specials, including recent and upcoming models
- Guide customers through the financing process and payment options
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of car sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- High school diploma or GED certificate; associate or bachelor's degree in sales, business, or marketing is a plus
- Professional, personable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
