Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to offer financing options and present suitable finance and lease programs.
- Review customer credit applications and work with financial institutions to secure loans.
- Provide guidance on terms, payments, and lending processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle transactions.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial documentation and contracts.
- Maintain knowledge of current lending practices and industry regulations.
- Meet or exceed monthly finance and sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive finance or a related field (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of finance and leasing options, dealership operations, and financial regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
