Now Hiring: Plant Manager
Location:Akron, OH
Status: Full-Time

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations and production planning
- Drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and operational excellence
- Manage plant safety, quality, maintenance, and workforce development
- Monitor KPIs and optimize productivity, cost, and delivery performance
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of manufacturing experience with 7+ years in plant or operations leadership
- Experience in machining, fabrication, coating, and assembly operations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
- ERP/MRP system experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
