What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and lifespan
- Install, replace, and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Evaluate system efficiency and recommend energy-saving solutions
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship
What We're Looking For
✅ 7+ years of hands-on HVAC service, repair, and installation experience
✅ Clean New York State Driver's License
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, troubleshooting, and safety procedures
✅ Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
✅ Professional attitude with a customer-first approach
