$170,000 – $300,000+
A highly respected law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Cincinnati office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising employers on workplace matters, employment litigation, labor relations, compliance issues, and day-to-day employment counseling.
Ideal Background
• 2+ years of labor & employment experience
• Experience representing employers in employment litigation and workplace disputes preferred
• Experience advising clients on wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, leave and accommodation issues, restrictive covenants, and workplace policies
• Experience conducting legal research, drafting motions, and managing litigation matters
• Experience counseling employers on personnel decisions, investigations, and risk management strategies
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters independently
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
