Job Description
Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company: Our client is seeking an experienced Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Deployment SME to support the rollout of Icertis CLM as part of a broader enterprise transformation program. The role will focus on contract obligation management, clause libraries, compliance flow-downs, and integration with Infor (S2P) and Costpoint (Finance).
The SME will work closely with our client's System Integrator (SI) consultants, business process owners, and compliance officers to ensure Icertis is configured to reflect to-be processes, meet federal contracting requirements, and integrate seamlessly into the end-to-end contract > procurement > finance lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with SI Icertis consultants to design and validate contract management workflows (contract authoring, obligation tracking, approvals).
- Participate in the design and build session with Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders.
- Identify contract data elements (CLINs, SLINs, obligations, deliverables, milestones) that require mapping into Costpoint non-CAS structures.
- Define obligation-to-financial mapping rules (e.g CLIN <-> Project Code <-> Billing Event).
- Validate interface requirements for milestone-based billing, deliverables, and fee structures that fall outside standard CAS pools.
- Collaborate with Finance Data Analyst and Finance SME (on behalf of Controller) to ensure obligations align with Costpoint billing logic.
- Document and test Icertis-to-Costpoint integration scenarios for non-CAS contracts during UAT.
- Ensure FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and DCAA requirements are embedded into contract templates, workflows, and reporting.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- US Citizenship is required, due to our client requirement
- Previous deployment of Icertis, connecting with Costpoint (Deltek) for a large enterprise
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Icertis CLM deployments (configuring workflows, clause libraries, obligation management).
- Strong understanding of federal contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, DCAA).
