Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor NT (Full-Time)

Nuclear Medicine Division


The Nuclear Medicine Division at our organization, in collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh, is seeking applications for a faculty position in academic nuclear medicine. This division boasts a comprehensive array of clinical and research initiatives, supported by cutting-edge facilities and a team of highly skilled faculty members dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, education, and research opportunities. The division offers extensive diagnostic and radiopharmaceutical therapy services to five primary hospitals in Pittsburgh, including the Hillman Cancer Center, along with additional imaging services across the broader network.

Applicants must possess an MD degree or its equivalent. Candidates should be board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and/or the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, eligible for unrestricted licensure in Pennsylvania, and have completed a Nuclear Medicine fellowship as required for ABR eligibility or certification.

  • We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in academic and clinical nuclear medicine, especially those skilled in PET CT and theranostics.

  • We also provide a substantial amount of radionuclide therapies, including Pluvicto and Lutathera, along with non-FDA approved therapies through clinical trial participation.
  • Dedicated didactic and clinical instruction is offered to trainees in our ACGME accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program and a specialized PET/CT fellowship.
