Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team supporting Capital One’s data-driven initiatives. This role will focus on extracting insights from large datasets, building scalable data solutions, and supporting business decision-making through analytics.
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>Strong experience with SQL (joins, CTEs, query optimization)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, etc.)</li>
<li>Bachelors must completed 2019 or before.</li>
<li>Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling</li>
<li>Experience with Tableau / Power BI or similar tools</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in financial services or banking domain</li>
<li>Exposure to big data tools like Spark or Hadoop</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic statistics or data analysis techniques</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile environments</li>
</ul>
