Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM

About the Role

Pasco County Utilities is seeking a Front Desk Specialist III to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This position is responsible for providing a welcoming environment, assisting with inquiries, and supporting day-to-day office operations. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a team setting, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and visitors in person, providing a friendly first impression and directing them to the right location within the building.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the correct department.
  • Provide friendly, professional support both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Assist with records retention by scanning and attaching documents into the system.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail to departments within the building.
  • Support general office operations and collaborate with team members as needed.

  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Basic computer skills, including comfort with scanning and document management.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of customer service or front desk/reception experience preferred.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license.
